I have to be the first to say that Bevan and his boys came to do my place before I had my son.  They did such an amazing job and stuck to the time he gave us.  Bevan is also brilliant at coming up with creative solutions.  He really knows his stuff!!  Bevan is so professional and is a complete perfectionist which is what you need when having someone doing work in your home.  I would definately recommend Kiwi Renovations to everyone.

Just in case anyone is looking for a builder or looking to get some work done I wanted to recommend Bevan from Kiwi Renovations.  He took great care in putting together a realistic quote for the work he did on our loft recently, coming around several times to get a proper idea of what was involved (and so there were no surprises when the work actually took place).  Moreover, both Bevan and the guys he brought with him to do the work couldn't have been more respectful and friendly towards me and the girls (my twins were only 5 months when the work was being done).   Every evening the place was left really neat and tidy and clean!  As we all know it's always difficult when you've got people in your house doing work on the place but Bevan and his colleagues were great to have around.

On first hiring Kiwi Renovations to do routine maintenance work on our bungalow, jobs were discussed, prices agreed and work commenced on time.  We found Kiwi Renovations to be very trustworthy, caring and considerate with no inconvenience to our daily life.  The staff were helpful, polite and knowledgeable about their work.   As small additional jobs were detected along the way, negotiations were freely discussed, prices agreed and work carried out to a high professional standard.  Prices very competitive.  After care services exceeded our expectations.  Highly recommended.

Bevan's team took down partition walls and then put up a bannister for me.  Bevan brought catalogues so that we could select newel posts and spindles and all items were provided promtly and at a good price.  The work was extremely tidy, you would never have known we had such major works.  All items were removed, carpets were hoovered at the end of each day of work.  His staff are friendly and trustworthy people.  Highly professional and undemanding,  I couldn't even persuade them to have a cup of tea!  I would highly recommend Kiwi Renovations and we intend to use them again when we start our next programme of work.

Kiwi Renovations go further.  They came in with the best price.  Their customer service was second to none.  They dealt with an unexpected structural issue with little compromise after consulting me with viable options.  They gutted an old dusty loft with virtually no evidence of upheaval elsewhere around the house.  In fact, throughout the whole process they were without doubt the cleanest tradesmen we've ever experienced.  Their attention to detail was outstanding, which resulted in excellent workmanship throughout.  The finish was equally to such a high standard that we were left with not a single disappointment, however small.  They did more than they quoted for, especially in painting and decorating every wall or ceiling affected by the works on the way down to ground level.  They carefully repaired small flakes of ceiling plaster in the bedrooms to make them as good as new.  They did all this to exactly the time scale quoted at the beginning and hit every deadline.  The whole experience was text book, seamless, pleasurable and in the end hugely rewarding.

I would recomend Kiwi Renovations and project permitting, will certainly work with them again in the future.
